New Feature Items/Menu Development
Country fried steak, Ruth's Sweet Potatoes and Texas Sheet Cake have been recent additions to our feature sheet. As an independent restaurant this is our research and development side, and we need your ongoing feedback to these and upcoming items. Share your thoughts and opinions, it is much appreciated.
Menu questions: As many of you know we are a group of 5 restaurants that exist only in Utah and Idaho. We make 95% of our items in house from scratch, so managers are very familiar with ingredients. We don't have the resources for testing calorie counts, etc. as major chains do, but we will answer item specific questions to the best of our ability!!

Both Riverdale and Orem are continuing Monday Night specials with $2.50 20 ounce draft beers and $1.00 off any appetizer. Wednesdays are Margarita Madness days with house margaritas at $3.00!!
